The company’s new wine cellar was completed in 2003, it’s located 100 m from the main villa, and has the most modern and advanced technologies, as well as a valuable French oak barrique (Allier, Tronçais, Nievre) built using the experience of famous master coopers (Tarausaud, Demptos, Berthomieux).
Its capacity can reach 1500 hectoliters of wine; in it are vinified only grapes grown in vineyards planted mostly with the Sagrantino varieties, occupying more than half of the estate’s vineyard terrain, followed by Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sirah and Merlot, Petit Verdot , Gamay and two hectares of Trebbiano.
In addition to the production area, the winery has a large area with a large panoramic terrace that overlooks the vineyards, where one may taste our wines, also accompanied by tastings of typical local products, combinations that enhance to a maximum the characteristics of our wines.
